Learn how to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription

Resound offers four simple subscription plans. You can upgrade at any time to unlock additional hours of processing time, unlock multitrack editing if you need to edit a 2-4 speaker episode, and unlock additional project storage time (up to 60 days). Change your plan anytime in your account settings.

How to upgrade your subscription

  1. Go to Settings by clicking on your profile picture in the top right

  2. Click on Subscription

  3. Select one of our three paid plans and click “Upgrade”

  4. Put in your credit card information when prompted (payments are processed securely with Stripe) and click “Yes, Upgrade”

  5. Your account has been upgraded!

  6. 🎉 After you’ve upgraded your current plan will be updated on the subscription page, the usage meter in the top navigation bar will fill up with additional processing time, and all relevant features will be unlocked.

Upgrading during your 14-day free trial: If you upgrade during your free trial, you will stay on the Free Trial plan until the end of that 14-day period. On day 15, you will be upgraded to the next plan, your card will be charged, and all the features of your new plan will be applied to your account.

⬇️ How to downgrade or cancel your subscription

  1. Go to Settings by clicking on your profile picture in the top right

  2. Click on Subscription

  3. Select the plan you want to switch to.

  4. Click to confirm that you want to downgrade or cancel

After you’ve clicked downgrade you will see a confirmation message at the top of your subscription page that tells you what day your current plan will be downgraded. You may continue to use all the features and benefits of your current plan until your next billing cycle when your new plan begins.

Change your mind about downgrading? Upgrade your account again anytime by following the steps above.
