Resound is built to allow you to upload and export projects with AI. Resound is not meant to be a file management platform and we recommend you backup all projects and files that you upload to Resound. For that reason we limit project storage depending on the plan that you are on. Once a project has been exported, that files and project will be deleted depending on the project storage timeline for the plan you are currently on.
Free: Once you've exported a project, we will save it for 1 day before deleting.
Creator: Once you've exported a project, we will save it for 15 days before deleting.
Professional: Once you've exported a project, we will save it for 30 days before deleting.
Studio: Once you've exported a project, we will save it for 60 days before deleting.
If you are unable to locate or find a project or files in Resound, please check the project storage time associated with the current plan you are on.
