How to redeem a promo code in Resound
1. Log into Resound
2. Go to Account Settings > Subscription
Click the profile picture in the top-right corner to open Settings.
3. Pick a plan and click the "Upgrade" button
4. Input the promo code into the "Promo Code" section
5. Finish upgrading to activate your code
And that's it! Your code will apply automatically upon checkout.
NOTE: There is also a Promo tab under Account Settings (below the Usage tab). This section is currently not compatible with standard promo codes, and only applies to specific campaigns. Unless told otherwise, do not try using your promo code in this section.
